Lecture by the HRT on 'Islam: Fear and ignorance' in Thessaloniki

Lecture on "Islam: Fear and ignorance" is organized by Hellenic Rescue Team in Thessaloniki, on Sunday the 26^th of June , 2016.
The lecture will take place at the Museum of Byzantine Culture (Av. Leof. Stratou 2) hall "Melina Mercouri", at 11:00 am and is addressed to all the volunteers of the Hellenic Rescue Team, to other members / volunteers / partners of volunteer organizations, collectives and NGOs that bestir themselves on the refugees case, but also to anyone who is interested to be informed about the culture, and mores of refugees.

Mr. Gerasimos Makris, Social Anthropology Professor at Panteion University, Ms. Angeliki Ziakas, Assistant Professor of Religious Studies at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Mr. George Angelopoulos, Assistant Professor of Social and Political Anthropology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Mr. Paul Nerantzis, journalist and documentary filmmaker will be the speakers.
